  • Assist your in understanding your booking software to allow for Spa Specific Key Performance Indicators to be tracked, such as Productivity, Top Services

Plan 2: Monthly  BOOKKEEPING

  • Plan 1 Plus 
  • QuickBooks Management & Bookkeeping
  • Monthly Financial Statements & Zoom Call  Analysis
  • Monthly Account Reconciliations
  • Unlimited Email Support, minimum 48 response
  • Standard Spa Company KPIs
    • ​Retail to Service Ratio
    • Payroll Percentage to Revenue
    • Facility Fee Percentage to Revenue
    • Others to be Discussed 

Plan 3: Payroll Setup & Processing

  • Must atleast be on Plan 2
  • Gusto Payroll Setup
  • Weekly/ Biweekly Payroll Processing
  • Journal Entry to QuickBooks
  • Quarterly Payroll Tax Report Submission
  • Annual w-2  Processing 
  • ​1099 Workers processing

Additional Services

Service Price analysis

  • Must be at least on Plan 2
  • ​Includes expense to price analysis for each service 
  • Includes Zoom Calls for Confirmation of Expense  to Service Correspondence 

Budget setup

  • Must be at least on Plan 1
  • ​Will Have a 3 Zoom Calls to map out sales growth initiatives, planned future purchases and planned expenses
  • Budget Imputed in to QuickBooks
  • If You Are Plan  2 or 3, monthly Actual vs Budget Reporting included in Financial Statements and discussion of analysis
